Envision your higher self: their thoughts, words, actions, and the essence of their energy. Our class offers a nurturing space to embrace this elevated version of yourself. Disconnect from distractions, be present, and tap into your inner wisdom. Remember, you already possess everything within. Embark on the inner journey to align with your highest self.

We embrace a holistic approach, addressing mind, body, spirit, and environment. Begin with a dynamic Pilates (all levels welcome) flow led by Kenzy to strengthen both the body and mind, fostering flexibility and playful personal growth. This movement will help release stagnant energy out of the body, preparing you for the transformational breathwork led by Nicole. Shed old patterns, integrate new energy, and step into your higher self with clarity. Throughout this event, we use a blend of intentional music, sounds, and aromas to create an immersive experience for the mind, body, and soul. Conclude with homemade elixirs and a discussion circle, strengthening our community bonds.

SCHEDULE (5pm start):

  • 1hr Pilates with Positive Affirmations

  • 1hr Breathwork with Aromatherapy + Soundhealing

  • ~30+ min Social Time with Complimentary Homemade Wellness Elixers

WHAT IS PILATES?

This class is mat Pilates which is a strength training workout that combines bodyweight exercises mixed with stretches and mobility work. It is low a impact movement, so it does not put a lot of stress on the body and is easier on your joints. Pilates challenges your body & mind in unique ways as it targets the smaller muscles, helping you:

  • Build a strong deep core,
  • Decrease stress,
  • Prevent injuries,
  • Gain more mental strength to "push through",
  • Build confidence & self-love,
  • Alleviate back & joint pain,
  • Increase body awareness,
  • Improve lymphatic drainage,
  • Decrease bloating,
  • Improve gut health,
  • Gain more mobility, and
  • Build more muscle definition when done consistently.

This can be tailored to suit people of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. It's a fantastic way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being! 

 

WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK?

Transformational breathwork is a breathing technique that uses your very own medicine: breath control. With 45 minutes of intentional breathing using a special technique you can tap into your subconscious mind without using any hypnosis and only your breath! Tapping into your subconscious mind allows your brain to go into theta waves and explore new parts of your self and plant new seeds deep in your subconscious mind. With the last 15 minutes of just regular breathing we will play with the theta waves in meditation to really lock in new thoughts, beliefs, energies, etc. for you to slign with your highest, awakened self.
